What Youll Do

• Lead overall funeral home and cemetery operations ensuring excellence compliance and a first class family experience
• Drive growth and profitability achieving case volume and revenue targets through disciplined execution and leadership
• Recruit coach develop and inspire employees by modeling NorthStars core values mission and standards
• Build a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
• Represent Eternal Light in the community through event planning and engagement including holiday observances state memorial days and outreach to churches hospitals nursing homes and community centers
• Strengthen community relationships and enhance the locations reputation as a trusted service provider

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience of business or military leadership with a demonstrated understanding of both sales and operational management
• Cemetery and funeral home operations preferred
• Strong business acumen problem solving ability and analytical decision making skills
• Proven people leadership experience including coaching developing and leading teams
• Comfort operating as a hands on leader who can balance strategy with execution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
