RSI Community in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking two Funds & Compliance Coordinators to ensure that the individuals we support have their finances, benefits, and essential paperwork handled accurately and on time. This role demands high organization and meticulous attention to detail to maintain eligibility and accurate records.

You will reconcile accounts, monitor assets and documentation, and collaborate with the Finance Department to support smooth operations and timely benefits processing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage Personal Finances
  • Reconcile personal checking, savings, and petty cash accounts.
  • Monitor assets to help maintain benefits eligibility.
  • Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Track assessments, FL-2s, residency agreements, and legal forms.
  • Complete benefits applications and recertifications.
  • Manage pharmacy reviews and signature deadlines.
  • Keep recurring requirements organized and on schedule.
COLLABORATE & SUPPORT

Work closely with:

  • Finance Department

Your work helps take essential administrative responsibilities off supervisors' shoulders, allowing them to focus on the people we support and quality of care.
