RSI Community in North Carolina is seeking an Autism Program Coordinator to lead our autism residential program and make a lasting impact on the people we support.
In this hands-on leadership role you will spend time in residential homes, coach staff, learn each individual's preferences, and oversee service delivery while collaborating with families, guardians and clinical partners.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:
Qualified Professional (QP) status under 10A NCAC 27G .0104 — Required
Experience with autism-specific practices, such as TEACCH or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — Preferred, but not required
A passion for person-centered care, team development, and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
