Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote, part-time contractor to apply funds and contract expertise to train and evaluate AI systems used for legal analysis, focusing on contract review, negotiation, and redlining.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and redline agreements; provide expert feedback to improve AI performance and precision in legal workflows; collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years in funds department of a corporate law firm.
• Experience with fund management, fund formation, contract redlining, and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with M&A agreements, LPAs, subscription agreements, and side letters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve performance and precision.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for contract-related AI tasks.
• Work with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
