Job summary

Bridger Ski Foundation in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising, donor relations, and strategic revenue initiatives. The role partners with the Executive Director, program directors, and the board to sustain BSF's mission and community programs.

This full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement with occasional evenings and weekends for meetings and events, plus benefits including a 401(k) match, tuition assistance, certifications CE reimbursement, and season

Qualifications

• Strong track record of fundraising across major and community donors, corporate partners, foundations and government grants.
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and volunteers.
• Passion for skiing or outdoor community programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy including events, major gifts, grants, and sponsorship revenue.
• Cultivate and manage donor portfolio and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and board to execute the strategic plan.
• Represent BSF at events and public forums; oversee donor database and grants calendar.
