Job summary

Proven track record of fundraising at nonprofit organizations.
Experience cultivating major gifts, foundations, and government grants.
Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee revenue operations, including events, donor cultivation, grants, and sponsorships.
Serve as public face for BSF and represent the organization at events and forums.
Support ED in finalizing the Strategic Plan and translating goals into actions.
Foster organizational health through culture-building and cross-team collaboration.
Lead cultivation and solicitation of donors and sponsorships across portfolios.
Oversee donor database management and reporting to leadership.
Collaborate with the board and volunteers to maximize fundraising impact.
