This person should love relationship-building across a wide range of stakeholders and preferably love to ski. This is mission-driven work with a warm and welcoming community of supporters, alumni, and passionate staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • External Affairs: This role often serves as the public face for BSF and presents to various audiences.
  • Strategic Leadership: Assists the ED in finalizing the Strategic Plan and translates big-picture goals into actionable priorities and real outcomes.
  • Organizational Health: Acts as a culture-builder to ensure efficiency, clarity, and cohesion. Works with leadership and the board to guide the organization’s strategies
Specific Duties
  • Lead cultivation and solicitation of donations, sponsorships, major gifts from individuals, foundations, small businesses, corporations

  • Work with the Executive Director, Program Directors, Board, and members of the development team to implement fundraising goals and strategies.
