Zusammenfassung

The Walk to End Alzheimer's team at the Loveland, CO location is seeking a Manager to lead the Walk to End Alzheimer’s fundraising program. You will build and empower volunteer committees, recruit volunteers, and engage corporate and community leaders to drive revenue and participation.

You will coach volunteers to implement proven strategies, manage multiple events, and ensure growth year over year while maintaining a positive team environment and strong partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals OR 3-5 years successful experience of meeting sales targets.

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to achieve revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers or vendor teams to implement proven fundraising practices.
• Manage multiple volunteer-led events with year-over-year revenue growth.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment and long-term community relationships.
• Meet revenue and participant goals through fundraising, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Prospect, cultivate, and steward event teams, sponsors and participants.
• Communicate clearly, organize budgets, set timelines, and track milestones with data.
