Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s, to lead the world’s largest Alzheimer’s fundraising event from St. Louis, MO.

You will mobilize volunteers, build strategic community and corporate partnerships, and drive revenue growth through proven peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. You will coach volunteers, recruit new sponsors, and manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure event success and expansive community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within territory; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement fundraising best practices.
• Lead multiple mass-market events with year-over-year revenue growth.
• Collaborate with partners to expand participation and brand awareness.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and milestones using data to drive results.
