The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Atlanta, responsible for driving volunteer-based fundraising events and community engagement. You will recruit and coach volunteers, manage multiple events, and collaborate with corporate partners to surpass revenue and participation goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with travel up to 60% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to achieve revenue goals and brand awareness.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement fundraising practices and achieve goals.
• Manage multiple volunteer-led mass-market events with year-over-year revenue growth.
• Build a positive, inclusive team environment and strong community relationships.
• Pursue fundraising opportunities through corporate solicitation and community partnerships.
• Coordinate budgets, timelines, and milestones, using data to improve outcomes.
