Job summary

YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee is seeking an Event Director to lead the Development team’s fundraising events and to coordinate with leadership to report donor activity. The role oversees budgets, revenue streams, registrations, and data accuracy in Raiser's Edge.

You will manage event chairs, committees, sponsorships, and attendee data, aligning events with overall donor development strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and logistical execution of YWCA’s signature fundraising events.
• Provides day-to-day supervision and leadership for the Development team’s fundraising events.
• Manages event budget, sponsorship revenue, ticket sales, and other revenue streams.
