Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in fundraising or related fields, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising databases. Some travel and occasional evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, volunteer management, community outreach, sales, or relationship building
• Experience recruiting and motivating volunteers, sponsors, or community partners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with fundraising databases preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and community outreach initiatives
• Recruit, engage, and support volunteers, sponsors, participants, and community partners to achieve fundraising goals
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and relationship-building efforts to increase event participation and revenue
• Assist with event logistics, materials, supplies, and onsite event coordination
• Help drive participant engagement while supporting fundraising and stewardship activities
