Job summary

The Database & Project Coordinator at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana supports the Goodwill Foundation by maintaining accurate donor data and assisting with data- and operations-related projects that bolster fundraising. You’ll manage the donor database, enter gifts and constituent information, and prepare reports and mailing lists to support timely decision-making.

Working closely with Foundation leadership, you’ll help ensure data integrity, assist with audits, grant tracking, and CRM

Qualifications

• Experience with donor databases and data integrity.
• Ability to produce reports and donor communications.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience with fundraising tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database accuracy and complete records across users.
• Manage gift entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting support.
• Create donor profiles, dashboards, and mailing lists for campaigns.
• Support grant tracking, audits, and CRM system upkeep.
• Assist with donor events and on-site check-in as needed.
