Job summary

Goodwill Foundation is seeking a Database & Project Coordinator to help maintain donor data, enter gifts, and support data-driven fundraising. You will manage donor profiles, prepare reports and mailing lists, and assist with data integrity across fundraising systems to support operations and leadership decisions.

The role requires collaboration with foundation leadership, uses Google Workspace and CRM tools, and offers full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor databases, data accuracy, and reporting.
• Ability to produce donor profiles, segments, and lists.
• Familiarity with fundraising software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database and ensure accurate, complete records.
• Enter and reconcile gifts and donor information; support reporting.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and mailing lists for communications.
• Support grant tracking and data integrity across systems like Salesforce.
• Assist with donor events and on-site check-in as needed.
