Job summary

Goodwill Legacy Group Indianapolis is seeking a Database & Project Coordinator to maintain donor data, manage gift and constituent information, and support data-driven fundraising initiatives. You will produce reports, ensure data integrity, and assist with stewardship and donor communications.

You will collaborate with Foundation leadership and teams to optimize donor engagement, maintain CRM systems, and support grant tracking and events.

Qualifications

• No degree required; capability demonstrated and contribution-focused.
• Experience with database management and maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and levels.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases and reporting tools; Salesforce/Raiser’s Edge a plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and maintain ethical standards.
• Adheres to procedures and protects confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the donor database with accurate, complete records across users.
• Manages gift entry, reconciliation, and financial reporting support.
• Supports data integrity, audits, and upgrades of donor and CRM systems.
• Generates reports, dashboards, and mailing lists to support fundraising.
• Assists with grant tracking and donor events as needed.
• Collaborates with Finance and Foundation leadership to ensure smooth operations.
