Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis, Inc. is seeking a Donor Database Coordinator to manage fundraising data systems, ensure data integrity, and produce accurate reporting to support campaign success.

You will collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Engagement, serve as the end-user expert for Microsoft Dynamics, train staff on best practices, and leverage data to enhance donor engagement and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Database Integrity (Primary Focus) – serve as the end-user expert of Microsoft Dynamics and train staff on best practices.
• Partner with IT to ensure database security and administer items in a timely manner.
• Assist Finance, Marketing, and Engagement with database integration and updating as needed.
• Ensure data integrity; train end-users on best practices.
• Develop and implement standards for data collection, entry, and analysis.
• Establish continuous quality improvement of data-based decision making.
• Support data-driven donor, prospect, and leadership development.
• Handle special projects related to data and reporting.
• Campaign Support – generate acknowledgment letters, process gifts, and produce campaign reports.
• Assist with grant processing and fund statements for donor-advised funds.
• Assist Annual Campaign activities (direct mail, phonathons, e-philanthropy, volunteer coordination, donor recognition).
• Provide donor research and prospect management support; track assignments and follow-ups.
• Attend and staff campaign events and committee meetings.
