Job summary

St. Petersburg Free Clinic is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising operations by ensuring gifts and donor information are processed accurately and promptly, while providing excellent donor service.

The role focuses on data integrity in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT, reconciliation with Finance, and administrative support for the External Affairs Team. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with financial and constituent data.
• Strong database and data-management skills.
• Ability to reconcile transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve data or processing issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage recurring responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to generate reports, queries, lists, and data exports.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process all gifts and contributions in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Complete deposit logs and reconcile gift records with Finance.
• Process gifts from third-party platforms and external sources.
• Ensure gift acknowledgments and tax receipts are issued timely.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in gift processing and reconciliation.
• Maintain donor and gift data in Raiser’s Edge/NXT for accuracy.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc fundraising reports and dashboards.
• Support meetings, events, and external affairs activities with data and logistics.
