Job summary

CPC is seeking a thoughtful, proactive Volunteer and Alumni Relations Coordinator to expand CPC's supporters through meaningful community building. You will report to the Major Giving Manager and collaborate with the Individual Giving Team to strengthen alumni and volunteer programs in New York City.

The role emphasizes data-driven engagement, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration to foster a culture of philanthropy across CPC’s diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in community organizing and relationship building is preferred.
• Event planning and coordination experience with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Alumni Engagement: be the first point of contact and develop alumni communications.
• Volunteer Engagement: create recurring volunteer opportunities and train staff.
• Strategy: help build a holistic multi-year engagement plan.
• Donor Engagement: organize site visits and support multi-year campaigns.
• Other: design materials and support the Development team as needed.
