Job summary

You will supervise the Database Coordinator, develop dashboards and reports, and drive continuous improvement of data processes that support philanthropy and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years of progressively responsible experience in database management, fundraising operations, advancement services, CRM administration, analytics, or a related field, plus at least three years of staff management.
• Without a Bachelor's Degree: Nine years of progressively responsible experience in database management, fundraising operations, advancement services, CRM administration, analytics, or a related field, plus at least three years of staff management.
• Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, higher education, or fundraising environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Foundation’s fundraising database, online giving, and fundraising technology; ensures reliable day-to-day operation and data integrity.
• Supervises the Database Coordinator and staff; provides coaching and professional development.
• Performs foundational prospect research and documents findings in the CRM following standards.
• Prepares and maintains donor management and analytics reports; develops dashboards and queries for leadership.
