Job summary

The Menninger Clinic is seeking a Manager of Compliance and CRM Data Services to lead philanthropic compliance, CRM administration, gift administration, and data services while ensuring high data quality and compliance across donor records.

You will partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and philanthropy leadership to build dashboards, run analyses, and drive data-driven fundraising decisions that improve donor engagement and stewardship.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of progressive CRM experience, preferably in philanthropy or healthcare.
• Experience leading cross-functional workflows and supervising staff.
• Strong CRM fluency, data analysis and reporting skills, advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage philanthropic compliance for restricted, endowed, and current-use funds in alignment with donor intent and policies.
• Oversee CRM data health, gift entry, reporting, and data governance with IT and Finance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, segmentation, and targeted lists to support fundraising strategy.
• Serve as strategic CRM partner to fundraisers, marketing, and operations.
• Translate business needs into CRM workflows, reports, and data solutions.
