Job summary

Norton Healthcare is seeking a Manager, Data, CRM & Analytics to oversee the Foundation's donor database, online giving, and related fundraising technology. You will collaborate with the Director of Prospect Management, Research, and Analytics to implement, maintain, and improve data processes that drive fundraising strategy.

Responsibilities include gift reconciliation, data integrity, reporting, system support, and foundational prospect research.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: five years of progressively responsible experience in database management, fundraising operations, CRM administration, analytics, or a related field, plus at least three years of staff management.
Without Bachelor's Degree: Nine years of progressively responsible experience in database management, fundraising operations, CRM administration, analytics, or a related field, plus at least three years of staff management.

Responsibilities

Oversees donor database, online giving, and related fundraising tech, ensuring reliable operations and data integrity.
Supervises Database Coordinator, coaches staff, and promotes service-oriented fundraising support.
Performs foundational prospect research and documents findings in the CRM.
Prepares dashboards and reports for leadership to inform fundraising decisions.
Identifies process improvements to enhance data accuracy, access, and efficiency.
