The Menninger Clinic is seeking a Manager of Compliance and CRM Data Services to lead philanthropic compliance, CRM administration, gift administration, and data services while ensuring high data quality and compliance across donor records.
You will partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and philanthropy leadership to build dashboards, run analyses, and drive data-driven fundraising decisions that improve donor engagement and stewardship.

The Manager of Compliance and CRM Data Services is responsible for managing philanthropic compliance, CRM administration, gift administration, and data services while demonstrating strong leadership judgment, systems fluency, and strategic operational thinking.
This role is designed for a candidate with strong working knowledge of fundraising or constituent relationship management CRM systems and the ability to quickly assess, manage, and improve data workflows. The Manager serves as a hands-on CRM leader, thoughtful systems partner, and higher-level contributor to CRM architecture, data governance, compliance, reporting, and operational decision-making.
The position oversees CRM data health, utilization, analysis, gift entry, reporting, and process improvement, and supports cross-functional teams with segmentation, dashboards, donor insights, and recommendations that inform fundraising strategy, stewardship, and the donor experience.
The Manager applies sound judgment and strong communication skills to support fund creation, fund administration, gift reconciliation, and accurate reporting across philanthropic activities.
Contributes to a favorable working climate within the Office of Philanthropy and The Menninger Clinic. Handles all confidential matters in an appropriate manner, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail and flexibility is required.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in data management, information systems, nonprofit management, business administration, or related field preferred. A minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience working in and supporting CRM systems is required, preferably in philanthropy, advancement, nonprofit, or healthcare settings, including demonstrated responsibility for data governance, reporting, process improvement, or database administration.
Experience providing work direction, supervising staff, or leading significant cross‑functional workflows is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate brings strong CRM fluency, data analysis and reporting skills, advanced Excel proficiency, sound judgment, and the ability to translate data and process issues into actionable recommendations.
Experience with Virtuous, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce/NPSP, or similar platforms is strongly preferred; Power BI, Tableau, or related reporting tools are a plus.
