Phoenix Children’s Foundation is seeking a Coordinator II-Integrated Fundraising in Phoenix. The role supports donor communications, stewardship, and fundraising project execution across the direct response fundraising team, coordinating production workflows and timelines.

The Coordinator II helps manage relationships, partnerships, programs, events, and campaigns to grow annual revenue, collaborating with colleagues hospital-wide to deliver programs and services to donors and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Assist with managing relationships, partnerships, programs, events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Foundation colleagues to deliver donor programs, events and recognition.
• Coordinate production workflows and project timelines.
• Maintain donor communications, stewardship materials, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on assistance with fundraising tactics, donor recognition, communications, and donor tours.
• Collaborates with Foundation colleagues to develop fundraising plans, proposals, and reporting.
• Keeps calendar of events, merchandise, and contact information in database; tracks revenue/expenses.
• Assists or leads events and project management, donor engagement, and stewardship tasks; may oversee revenue items.
• Cultivates relationships with donors and supporters.
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
