Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s seeks a Donor Officer II to support philanthropic and patient experience goals. You will provide high‑level coordination and navigation services for families referred by hospital leadership and senior staff, acting as a liaison to the Development Team to advance donor engagement and stewardship.

The role requires deep experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in donor relations or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics and provide high-level coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level navigation and coordination for patient visits and services.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery.
• Deliver exceptional patient/family experience by coordinating registration, financial clearance, and scheduling processes.
• Support the Champions Program by identifying and connecting grateful families to the Development Team.
• Partner with internal teams and senior physicians to improve workflows and donor engagement.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage data reporting using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Perform data collection and analysis; summarize findings and communicate results to the team.
