Job summary

The Neon Museum is seeking a Development Operations Manager in Las Vegas to provide reporting and analytics for the Development department, optimizing Tessitura usage and ensuring accurate donor data. You will support data-driven fundraising decisions and streamline workflows.

You will design regular and ad hoc reports, manage gift entry and acknowledgments, and collaborate with senior leadership on fundraising initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in non-profit fundraising data analytics and reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems; Tessitura experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; expert in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising materials and donor communications.
• Identify prospective donors and conduct related research.
• Collaborate with senior team on fundraising initiatives.
• Create reports and dashboards for the Development department.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information.
