• Enter data into CRM accurately to support processing and compliance.
• Analyze client profiles, revenue trends, credit history, and funding needs.
• Explain terms, fees, and repayment options clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and funding teams to speed approvals.
• Track progress and follow up to improve conversions and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on lending regulations and Upcrunch product updates.
