Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to support tickets in Zendesk promptly.

• Review application materials for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter data from tickets into Cloud Lending/Salesforce system.
• Maintain records of ticket status and progress.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.
• Collaborate with underwriting, lending, and customer success teams.
