Inspira Financial Trust, LLC is seeking a Collections Specialist reporting to the Manager of Funding Operations in the H&B Operations Department. You will perform funding collections outreach for plan sponsors with missed or insufficient funding payments across CBAS, Panda, and First Dollar.

The role involves conducting plan funding reconciliations, managing collections trackers, negotiating payment plans, and providing weekly updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to funding reconciliation and collections work.
• Experience with plan funding reconciliations and funding platforms.

Responsabilités

• Conduct, interpret, and digest plan funding reconciliations to identify outstanding balances owed.
• Create and manage a collections tracker by severity of delinquency.
• Assist with updating plan funding reconciliations across pre-tax platforms as needed.
• Make outbound contact to inform plan sponsors of overdue amounts and collect funds.
• Negotiate payment plans to eliminate debt in a manageable way for sponsors.
• Provide weekly updates on collection efforts to the Manager of Funding Operations.
• Collaborate with managers and account managers to develop collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of conversations and payment expectations.
• Create and maintain written operating procedures for assigned functions.
• Escalate issues that require managerial intervention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
