Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our Funding Operations team in the H&B Operations Department. You will perform funding collections outreach for plan sponsors with missed or insufficient funding across pre-tax benefit platforms, manage reconciliations, and drive recovery of outstanding balances.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting/collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health benefit accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA) and Inspira H&B products.
• High level of customer service with problem-solving focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Perform funding collections outreach for plan sponsors with missed or insufficient funding payments.
• Maintain and update collections trackers and reconciliations across pre-tax benefit platforms.
• Negotiate payment plans and provide weekly updates to management.
• Collaborate with account managers and leadership to develop collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and document conversations and payment expectations.
