Responsibilities

• Conduct, interpret, and digest plan funding reconciliations across platforms to identify balances.
• Create and manage a collections tracker of plan sponsors delinquent on funding payments.
• Assist with updating plan funding reconciliations as needed.
• Make outbound contact to inform sponsors of overdue amounts and attempt collection.
• Negotiate payment plans to eliminate debt in a sponsor-friendly manner.
• Provide weekly updates on collection efforts and results to management.
• Collaborate with managers and account teams to develop collection strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations and payment expectations.
• Create and maintain written operating procedures for assigned functions.
• Escalate issues as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
