The role focuses on selling Term Loans, Equipment Financing, Bridge Notes, Lines of Credit, and more, with a 100% commission-based pay structure and uncapped earnings potential. You will gain mentorship, training, and possibilities to lead a sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or inside sales.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Assertive and strong desire to be successful while possessing a high level of work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling/emailing to warm leads generated through multiple outlets.
• Utilize CRM software to track deal flow, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service to develop a robust book of business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities.
• Underwriting applications to generate approvals and generate offers.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
