Job summary

CAW Network USA is seeking an experienced Fund Services Client Director to lead senior client relationships in Stamford, CT. You will translate fund structures and client requirements into actionable procedures for internal teams, and guide client service teams to deliver initiatives on time.

The role requires 10+ years in fund accounting, CPA preferred, with strong knowledge of complex closes, waterfalls and distributions, and proven leadership in a client service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of fund accounting experience; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of investment fund operations, including closes, waterfalls and distributions.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in a client service environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills to align service delivery with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of contact for clients, building relationships and resolving complex service issues.
• Translate fund structures, service agreements, and client requirements into procedures for internal teams.
• Lead client service teams with direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure client priorities and deliverables are met on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, workflows, and client reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership on resource planning and complex operational matters.
