Job summary

State Street seeks a proven leader to head Fund Accounting service delivery for a major client, accountable for accurate, timely and controlled deliverables. Qualifications

• Primary degree, professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
• Deep fund accounting and investment services experience, ideally 10+ years.
• Proven senior leadership with accountability for large client relationships.
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and resolving high-impact issues.
• Strong risk management, control, regulatory, and service resilience capabilities.
• Knowledge of fund accounting products and adjacent investment services areas.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of all fund accounting services for the client with full accountability for accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive a service excellence culture across Fund Accounting and global operations teams.
• Take primary accountability for client outcomes, service quality, and escalations.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, and reporting aligned with the operating model.
• Act as senior escalation point for material service issues, regulatory matters, and remediation.
• Lead client change activity, transitions, launches, and process improvements.
• Lead senior client engagement, governance meetings, and executive updates; ensure follow-through.
• Provide timely reporting to governance committees to support oversight and decision-making.
• Manage budgets and resourcing in line with client commitments and corporate objectives.
• Ensure optimal technical setup of fund accounting services across funds.
