Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of accounting or finance experience with fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with investment funds or alternative assets preferred.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly fund reporting, including NAVs, allocations, fund returns, and investor-level calculations.
• Coordinate with fund administrators on close packages, investor statements, and other reporting deliverables.
• Monitor fund cash activity, expenses, and forecasts to support investment and liquidity planning.
• Review management and performance fee calculations, and fund-level financing activity.
• Reconcile portfolio and accounting data, investigate discrepancies, and support investment guideline calculations.
• Respond to investor reporting requests with Investor Relations and portfolio teams.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors on annual financial statements, tax reporting, and due diligence requests.
• Support the launch of new investment vehicles and improvements to fund accounting processes.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and other projects as needed.
