Leadership Solutions Limited is seeking a seasoned fund services professional to support our client’s expansion in the US. The role focuses on maintaining relationships with institutional clients and coordinating with internal fund operations to deliver top-tier services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the fund industry, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund industry.
• Experience servicing institutional clients.
• Sound knowledge of investment fund products.
• Regulatory knowledge for different funds.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships with institutional clients and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with internal Fund Operations team to ensure high-standard fund services.
• Arrange onboarding for new funds and clients.
• Build relationships with fund managers, consultants and legal advisers.
• Perform regular client reviews to meet service levels.
• Prepare market updates and respond to client enquiries.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
