Job summary

Qualifications

• Primary degree, professional accounting qualification, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Deep fund accounting and investment services experience, ideally 10+ years.
• Proven senior leadership experience with large client relationships.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and driving issue resolution.
• Risk management, regulatory outcomes, and service resilience.
• Knowledge of fund accounting products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of all fund accounting services with accountability for accurate, timely, and controlled deliverables.
• Drive service-excellence culture across global operations and client expectations.
• Lead client engagement, governance meetings, and executive updates; ensure follow-through.
• Establish delivery standards, performance routines, and governance aligned with the operating model.
• Act as senior escalation point for material service issues and regulatory matters.
• Manage budgets and resourcing; oversee risk controls and continuous improvements.
