iCapital Network in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Analyst to join the Fund Reporting team. You will prepare and distribute investor communications focused on private equity fund-of-funds, feeder funds, and monthly hedge fund reporting for private clients.

You will collaborate with investment and accounting professionals, review quarterly fund-level updates, and extract data from sponsor reports to draft comprehensive performance updates.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in hedge funds/private equity/real estate or recent graduates with relevant experience.
• Experience in report writing and investor communications preferred.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to independently solve problems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong Excel data manipulation.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team responsible for quarterly fund level client reporting for private equity, real estate, secondary, and credit fund-of-funds and feeder funds.
• Review, digest, and extract information from sponsor reports and draft updates.
• Prepare, analyze, and review quantitative fund and portfolio company performance for reports.
• Liaise with administrators to ensure correct quantitative data for reporting and understand valuation drivers.
• Coordinate internal compliance review and approvals.
• Ensure timely distribution of reports to clients and relationship managers.
• Review monthly hedge fund fact card reporting.
• Draft wording for capital calls and distribution notices to investors.
• Maintain communication with sponsors regarding portfolio activity and valuation.
• Coordinate periodic investment portfolio and valuation reviews.
