Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 1-4 years of fund accounting or audit experience is required.
• MS Office applications are expected.
• QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
• Previous industry experience with financial services, private equity, or hedge funds is a plus.
• An understanding of securities valuation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash balances and investment positions.
• Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly financials and investor statements.
• Responsible for the oversight of the fund accounting service provider to resolve questions and reconcile differences.
• Complete analytical review of monthly and quarterly reports.
• Ensure fee payments are calculated and recorded appropriately.
• Assist with the firm’s compliance program as needed.
