iCapital is seeking an Analyst to join the Fund Reporting team in Boca Raton. This role focuses on preparing and distributing investor communications, emphasizing client fund level reports for private equity fund-of-funds, feeder funds, and monthly hedge fund reporting for private clients.

You will interact with Wirehouses and investment/accounting professionals across funds, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and serving as the Private Equity product specialist for information requests and

• 0–2 years experience with hedge funds, private equity and/or real estate.
• Experience in report writing and investor communications preferred.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to independently solve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review quarterly fund level client reporting for private equity fund-of-funds and feeder funds.
• Digest sponsor reports and draft information for quarterly performance updates.
• Prepare and review quantitative fund and portfolio company performance data.
• Coordinate with administrators to ensure correct data for reporting.
• Oversee timely distribution of reports to clients and relationship managers.
• Draft capital call and distribution notices to investors.
• Maintain communication with sponsors regarding valuation and activities.
• Coordinate portfolio and valuation reviews with the team.
• Serve as Private Equity product specialist for information requests and meetings.
