Job summary

Federated Hermes in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Fund Regulatory Reporting Specialist within the Compliance Department. You will administer monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports and contribute to the filing calendar to reflect product changes.

You will participate in vendor filing workflows and help implement policies to ensure accurate filings. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and at least 3 years of experience, with preferred background in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent business experience
3 years of business experience required
Experience working in accounting, mutual fund industry, or legal/compliance is preferred

Responsibilities

Administer the process to create and file monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports.
Contribute to the regulatory filing calendar and ensure changes in Federated Hermes products are reflected in the filing process.
Assist in filing workflows in the filing vendor application and maintain procedures to ensure accurate regulatory filings.
Assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures designed to ensure accurate and complete regulatory filings.
