Job summary

Federated Hermes is seeking a Senior Paralegal for our Board Relations Department in Pittsburgh, PA or Warrendale, PA, offering a hybrid in-office schedule. You will support legal counsel and funds with paralegal services, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate a plus), and strong communication, organizational, and AI-enabled efficiency skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate is plus.
• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Willingness to utilize AI tools to promote efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal services to legal counsel, the firm’s funds and operating companies.
• Support internal committees to meet regulatory and business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, regulators and vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
