Client Due Diligence Specialist

Federated Hermes, Inc., a global leader in active, responsible investing, is seeking a Client Due Diligence Specialist to join our Information Security department based in our Warrendale, Pennsylvania office.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare for and respond to due diligence requests and requests for information on Federated Hermes’s Information Security program and controls, including requests from clients, regulators and other bodies.
  • Continually review and keep‑up‑to‑date information pertaining to Federated Hermes’s Information Security program and controls, liaising with stakeholders within the Information Security Group (ISG) and the wider Global Technology Organization (GTO).
  • Support the monitoring and review of Federated Hermes’s vendor portfolio by assisting in the review of due diligence submitted by Federated Hermes’s vendors.
  • Assist in maintaining Federated Hermes’s security controls framework as needed.
  • Contribute to other efforts within Information Security Group (ISG) as required by management.

This position offers a hybrid schedule (in‑office/remote) and is located in Federated Hermes’ Warrendale, Pennsylvania office (15086).

The Expertise We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; Information Security degree preferred. Degree can be substituted with relevant experience.
  • Work experience as an information security analyst, IT risk, or wider GRC role.
  • Willingness to obtain information security certification.
  • Experience responding to external requests.
  • Experience conducting reviews of due diligence responses and/or third‑party risk/security assessments highly preferred.
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries such as Financial Services is desirable.
  • Experience working on information security or information technology projects desired.
