Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Eight or more years of related experience.
• Knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead department and manage multiple projects in deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and prepare fund registration statements for SEC filings.
• Prepare supplements, proxy statements, and related filings for regulatory bodies.
• Communicate with the SEC and other agencies on behalf of fund clients.
