Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree.
• Licensed to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare amendments, proxy statements and related filings for registered funds.
• Advise on Investment Company Act implications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with boards and governance materials for investment companies.
