The position requires a law degree, bar licensure, and eight+ years of related experience, with hybrid schedule and opportunities to lead cross-functional initiatives within a regulated environment.

Competenze

• Must hold a law degree and be licensed to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Experience applying the Investment Company Act of 1940 is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks and complex projects in a deadline-driven environment.
