Job summary

Pacer ETFs, based in Malvern, PA, seeks a Fund Operations Associate to support ETF, UCITS, and other investment products. You will work with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal, and external providers to ensure accurate operations and governance reporting.

The role offers cross-functional exposure across product launches, accounting, analytics, and controls, with growth opportunities in a dynamic asset-management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• 3+ years of financial services experience, preferably in asset management, ETF operations, fund administration, or related areas.
• Familiarity with ETFs, mutual funds, UCITS funds, separately managed accounts, equities, and fixed income.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of ETFs, UCITS funds, separately managed accounts, and other investment products.
• Coordinate operational activities with fund administrators, custodians, fund accountants, transfer agents, and other service providers.
• Investigate discrepancies and operational issues, coordinate resolution, and escalate as appropriate.
• Assist with quarterly and annual Board and governance reporting for U.S. registered investment companies, including ETFs and UCITS funds.
• Prepare and validate information related to fund operations, performance, tracking error, brokerage activity, and service-provider oversight.
• Support new fund launches and product events by maintaining project plans and coordinating providers.
• Assist with brokerage, commission, best-execution, and soft-dollar reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance to support regulatory filings, audits, and operational control reviews.
• Develop and maintain procedures, checklists, and escalation protocols.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and strengthen data quality.
