Job summary

U.S. Bank is looking for a Fund Operations Analyst to support ETF and fund clients with financial statements, regulatory reporting and board materials. You will work in a team focused on operational efficiency and risk reduction, advancing knowledge to mentor teammates and communicating with senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, a finance or accounting degree, and strong Excel skills. The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Basic knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for ETF and fund clients for GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Lead the fund's annual financial reporting filings and disclosures.
• Test portfolio compliance with the Investment Company Act and tax guidelines.
• Support regulatory reporting and data collection processes.
• Prepare board materials for ETF fund client meetings.
• Monitor budgets based on contracts, fees and expense trends.
• Create operational reports and reconcile data; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain operating procedures and documentation; support process improvements.
