Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst to support ETF and mutual fund financial reporting, compliance and board materials. You will help prepare statements, test portfolio compliance, and assist with regulatory reporting in a collaborative, growth-minded team.

This role emphasizes accuracy, multiple task management, and clear communication with senior leaders. Working at U.S. Bank from a location three days a week, you’ll gain exposure to GAAP, SEC reporting, and risk reduction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Understanding of GAAP and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for ETF and fund client shareholders and the SEC to meet GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial reporting filing requirements for ETF or fund clients' fiscal year.
• Test portfolio compliance with Investment Company Act and internal guidelines.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and data collection processes.
• Prepare ETF and fund board materials and supporting schedules.
• Monitor fund budgets based on contracts and expense trends.
• Prepare reconciliations and operational reports.
• Research and resolve operational discrepancies and exceptions.
• Maintain procedures and documentation; participate in efficiency initiatives.
• Mentor teammates and communicate with senior leaders; assist with ad-hoc projects.
