Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is hiring for a role in San Francisco, on-site, to lead fund accounting, LP reporting, and capital statements across multiple funds. You will pilot an AI-native fund administration platform and automate finance workflows using tools like Excel macros, SQL, Python, and AI tech.

You will maintain investment data, valuations, and portfolio records while supporting strategic finance initiatives with the Head of Finance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in fund accounting or related finance roles.
• Experience preparing quarterly LP reports and capital statements.
• Track record automating finance workflows with data tools and AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Interest in deep tech, science, or impact.

Responsibilities

• Own fund accounting, LP reporting, and capital statements across funds.
• Implement and calibrate an AI-native fund administration platform.
• Automate repetitive finance workflows with Excel/SQL/Python and AI tools.
• Maintain investment data, valuations, and portfolio records.
• Support strategic finance projects with the Head of Finance.
