Job summary

Chicago Pacific Founders is seeking a Fund Finance professional to support accounts payable/receivable, allocations, and intercompany reconciliations while helping implement a new accounting system. You will assist with fund reporting, valuations, and capital activity to maintain strong controls and accurate information.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and proficiency in Excel; experience with NetSuite or Ramp is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CPA-track a plus.
• 2–4 years in accounting, finance, fund administration or related fields.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting and Excel; interest in finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, allocations, billbacks, intercompany reconciliations.
• Support implementation and testing of the management company accounting system.
• Prepare quarterly fund reporting, valuations, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate capital calls/distributions and reconcile cash activity.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
